The courts deny the use of an experimental drug to a dying teenager which may save his life. Just wait until universal healthcare when we will all be denied care by the gov't beaurocrats for one reason or another. "Sorry, the budget comes first even though we took your hard-earned money and gave it to someone else".
In this circumstance, it's just stupid for some stranger to deny someone else a chance to live who is terminally ill. Why is the gov't in this at all?

You can bet if this kid had just sneaked into the country from Mexico, or was from some Moose-lamb country, he'd get all kinds of treatment, and free!
